Shipping

Orders are typically packed within 2–3 business days. Because every piece is made in small kiln loads, some items may already be in stock while others are made to order within a few days. If a piece is part of a current kiln run, it will ship as soon as it has cooled and been inspected.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Parcelforce, depending on size and weight. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.

We ship to most of Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand via tracked international courier. Transit times vary by destination, typically 5–12 business days. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive it within 24 hours of your dispatch notification, please check your spam folder or email us at bellucciatelier@gmail.com.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international) of dispatch, please contact us. We will open a claim with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Ceramics are wrapped in recycled paper, padded with biodegradable packing chips, and boxed with corner protection. We avoid plastic wherever possible, and our outer boxes are fully recyclable.
