Cancellations & Returns

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, email us at bellucciatelier@gmail.com. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once a parcel has left the studio, it is treated as a return.

You have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you would like to return an item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition and packaging.

Returned pieces must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage that occurred after delivery.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

If a piece arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Custom commissions, bespoke orders, and pieces purchased at a discounted sale price are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
